I'm a brainlet who only watches philosophy on jewtube but aren't Heidegger and Marcus Aurelius kind of contradicting each other??
I like em both but one says to face your human nature and your own guilt/mistakes while the other says to rein in control over all emotion. Who the FUCK should I listen to and how do I deal with rejection from my crush???

Please try to reconcile these statements for me, I cannot quite see the logic behind it:
