Ive just finishing reading Malice by John Gwynne, thanks to the anon that recommended it a few threads back. I highly recommend it for anyone thats looking for non-woke old fashioned high fantasy with morally flawed characters. Dont let the generic cover put you off.

Thanks to that anon that recommended Malice by John Gwynne. Honestly, it was better than I expected and thankfully had no woke agenda that we commonly see in fantasy these days. I highly recommend it for fans of high fantasy that are looking for strong male characters and plenty of grey plotlines with multiple viewpoints.

I'd like to thank the guys who shilled this extensively like five threads back, and can attest them good taste.
I read Kings of the Wyld before, and was dissappointed in it being yet another ironic deconstruction, even if it had shards if sincerity and heart.
This is just undistilled good stuff.
