what's the deal with importing illegal books?

say i order a book from america that is banned in my country. does the publisher/distributor have to declare what book it is? i order a lot of books from these guys and i've never had an issue. am i going to end up on some fed watchlist? anyone with any relevant experiences care to comment?

When I was around 10 or 11, I wrote a story about a man trying to rape/murder a loli. I never finished it because I was lazy, and I deleted it because my uncle was trying to backup our hardrive for a new computer we had recently purchased. Don't worry, I planned on her to escape.
