Now that basically the entire planet's economy and civil society is collapsing, what are the implications for literature?

Most people don't have time to read right now, but I do notice there has been an uptick in people being interested in philosophy. People looking to philosophy for answers of what happened and maybe what might happen.

Of courese, people also don't have much time to write. With things sort of "collapsing", people are scrambling to prepare for the future instead.
