Because he's a grifter. Part of the grift is using jargon to obfuscate his work so that the retards who buy into it will reflexively assert anyone criticising it just don't understand it. This is a deflection that redirects criticism onto those offering it instead of validating the work itself; thereby it maintains the ruse. Another example is how Langan (and his loyal legion of retards) will insist that it's in the interests of academic circles to lock him out when it's really in his interest to be included. By this he has an excuse for his work not being accepted by relevant authorities and flips the onus of defending criticism back onto those offering it without ever having to directly address it.
