They are not works of art, rather, they are trains of thought. Lmao, tradfags are deluded. I read hundreds of trad fantasy books before I started webnovels and you know how many trad books I've read since? Only few. To think a popular trad book is that much better than a popular webnovel is utter delusion that makes anyone in the know laugh at you. 'Work of art' my ass, I do agree that a thought-out book is better than a webnovel in SOME aspects, mostly those that matter the most to a truly worthy work of art, but there's a reason why men no longer read tradfantasy. Because it's not noticeably better and webnovels are more compelling.

Market doesn't lie. If tradbooks are obviously better, than why do people read webnovels and self-pub instead? Why are there new companies and other kinds of businesses that focus on editing webnovels and providing authors with audiobook version of their medium to reach wider audiences? Because tradpub is utterly consumed by culture war and people checked out. It's the same thing that happened with comics, manga swallowed the audience. Marvel and DC are on the rock-bottom.

The incessant seething of tradfags who can't comprehend why people don't want to read published trash, prefering to read 'unedited, long and full of plotholes' webnovels is a wonderful.
