I respect your insistence on taking personal responsibility but when you account for all attention span reducing instant gratification distractions and how they're so very intimately intertwined into our daily lives you'll find that to escape them you have to literally transcend your reality. It's unreal how hard it is these days to even think for oneself. Most of the shit you hear is some regurgitated shit some fag said on tiktok in his top 10 compilation. I agree that in the end it's you who can change this, but you have to acknowledge the enormous fog that is placed under your eyes, one which did not exist before. As the anon said you almost certainly have to reject absolutely every piece of shit social media distraction there is

disagree. the term falacy is gross and letter of the law, point to what was wrong, you dont need to give it a name. its myopic. instad, teach logic and say why x is not logical or why that pov may be flawed rather than going
>erm thats a ___ fallacy
then you are not necissarily adressing the argument in particular (even if its shit), but instead conforming a debate to a pre established list of concrete no goes wwhich themelves may be too myopic depending on cercumstance.

fallacy I generally fell, are expressely non philosophical in their very nature, as they do not try to get to a core of an argument, but simply nit pic a pre-defined gestalt point. for example, while >>18926666 appeal to nature could be an invalid point, it does not necissarily have to be, if you disect the idea of good and come to the conclusion its essence is nature, what then? this doesnt even say what capitol G Good is to begin with. It does not give an epistomological definition of the good a priori, and depending on how ones epistomology might play out, or their ontology, or their meaning in the term "Nature" its variable.

instead of going to a basic epistological standpoint to see what the dispute it, a fallacy jumps orders of magnitude of logic past that to neat tidy boxes of assumed meaning. thus it inspires letter of the law thinking.

>watch others misinterpret and misunderstand this thing
yes kind of
>I don't know why you would feel sad about that.
Why wouldnt I? the thing itself is a social interpersonal phenomenon, so when the demography that utilizes the topic shifts, it also shifts the topic itself. Isnt it pretty understandable to have a visceral reaction when someone tries to use something, but doesnt understand it? thats why i used the term zeitgeist, as its inextricably linked to its very use.

Now different doesnt=bad, if the topic changes, so be it, but in that process the understanding of the original tends to die with the change or new demography. The sensation is lost and even sometimes hated due to a lakc of not getting it, and just the trappings and shell remain.

Its not just that it dies, its that its misunderstood in its death.

Yes, because indiscriminately importing brown people isn't fixing our wealth inequality and ecological problems, it's making them worse and adding whole new layers of problems.
Humans already struggle with cultural & psychological diversity, now there's a misdirecting racial diversity to contend with.

Humans have a natural tendency to reduce and essentialize things, we're pragmatic we need answers quick, they just need to be "good enough", which is especially ineffective when individuals try to asses the typical behaviour of entire groups of people they barely know, even more so when it's a minority group especially a racial one, as race shows clear differences in bone&cartilige structure and skin. Being a racial minority is being distinctive, when you commit a crime you are a distinctive criminal when you excel in sports you are a distinctive sportsman, for better and worse it amplifies a outcomes, contributes to ideas, perceptions, beliefs.

While the concept of race isn't accurate there is an obvious truth to it that can't be denied, finding the details requires decades of training and experience in the segmented scientific disciplines who's results then have to survive legitimate scientific and illegitimate political beatings. Proof of whites being misinformed or lying to oppress other races is not proof of racial equality.

It requires either a lot of intelligence, empathy and experience to understand a subject, a people, and even then the experts struggle a lot, the average person can't sufficiently inform themselves to take appropriate action both politically and in day to day life.

Also all the time given to educate people about foreign cultures is time taken away from national/regional culture.
And i know this all to well being mixed part welsh and french antilles, between work, sleep, maintenance there isn't that much time for a person to cultivate themself.
Cultural entropy is real and can only be countered in the short term and it's available solutions each have a malus.
1) Curation, regulation of culture - it's explicitly discriminative.
2) A better educated populace - unpopular and older cultural elements become unused mind junk.
3) Increase the population of native culture practitoners - increases variation along with entropy, fragments society (e.g. Catalonia - scotland) and then there's the issue of race both neural and appearance influencing culture.

There is also the issue of how genetic/memetic diversity interact to form distinct ideological groups (within an ethnicity) with their own biases.
What is politics in a deterministic universe? A bbc wildlife program? who is the "legitimate" "authentic" white person? the liberal, the conservative? the nazbol or the royalist?
How do ideologies win people? destroy, dominate, convert, compromise. Who's right? I here naturalistic and moralistic fallacies from the american left/right all the fucking time, acting like their values are TRUTH.

This is not the first time that an introduction spoiled shit. Why the fuck do they do this? Alternatively, what's the point of reading introductions when all they do is fuck up the book for you?
