Came here to say that I fucking hate Book of the Long Sun. But in the end it's a very long and very boring prequel to the best part of the solar cycle: Book of the Short Sun. If any of you lads loses interest in Long Sun I say it's well fucking worth it to trudge through in order to read Short Sun. Fucking kino above kino, maybe even better than New Sun. Amazing books.
