Any good biographies on this handsome nigga, a biography that doesn't devolve into semetic apologism and "yeh he was a bad guy but seperate the art from the artist" arguments.
It's a shame the last true hero of literature has had his reputation completely tarnished by modern academics.

I was bullied in high school, rejected by my crush, my parents divorced, graduated from uni in a field I couldn't care less about, can't find a job and live a bleak and monotonous life with no friends or gf
I've previously read some Schopenhauer, Nietzsche and Cioran, currently reading Celine's Journey to the End of the Night in order to validate my pre-existent beliefs
Now I can say that smart people agree with my views that life is shit in general and it's not just my personal experiences

What are his best works? How are his later books, the ones which aren't really talked about like Normance, Rigadoon etc.? What about his newly released manuscripts, has anybody read those?

Is he worth reading? I'm 8 chapters into Journey and I really enjoyed the first chapter but don't think it lives up to its reputation as being this immensely nihilistic novel.
