No, Zizek has his own project inextricably wrapped up in this. I'd recommend Hegel by Charles Taylor if you want an approachable introduction.

You would need to read the entirety of western philosophy, that is if it were even possible to fully absorb Hegel. Even Hegel couldn't sublate Hegel. On a serious note, if you manage to get a good grip on Kant you can approach Hegel, but don't expect to understand everything (even after many readings). Also Gregory Sadler.
