damn yeah I fucking love this state and Cascadia as a whole.

Downtown is really neat, there's a decent amount of variety, antique shops, a couple theaters, good bars, record stores, restaurants, stuff like that. It gets sketchy at night though and we just disbanded the nightly police patrol because of budgetary restrictions (lol).

that's funny, the I-5 in the image is referring to I-594, a ballot initiative that would have instated a universal background check for buying guns. It failed I think, I don't really give a shit about guns though, I just liked the rest of the image.

that's a good q... I read The Crying of Lot 49 by Pynchon most recently and I really liked it. I really just read books that people suggest I guess, now that I think about it. In the past couple months I read TCOL49, Lolita, The Man in the High Castle, Siddartha, Catch 22, Heart of Darkness, On the Commonwealth (by Cicero), Master of the Senate (a biography of LBJ), Consider the Lobster, and a shit ton of books about soccer (Soccernomics, The Ball is Round, Those Feet, Numbers Game, Twelve Yards, Rock N' Roll Soccer). So it really varies. I should prolly join a book club or something now that you mention it

Seattle's really great too, I fucking love the Sounders, you should go to a game if you can. We have two left this regular season if you're really inclined.
