Is there a name for a kind of Mary Sue which is not an author-insert, but a reader insert.

I mean where the author cynically patronizes the reader by fitting their protagonist with the assumed attributes of the reader.

Here are some examples:

Hazel Grace from The Fault in our Stars: A precocious teenager who is quiet, reads, and has a wise-ass attitude (or any John Green character for that matter).

Ana from 50 Shades of Grey: A timid woman who enjoys being dominated (and abused) by an older, sexually voracious and unorthodox male.
