What are the must-reads by these two?
I usually get the complete works of an author/poet/etc., but neither of them have something like that available (at least in a good format; the PDF of most/all of Wittgenstein is horrid and disorderly). Therefore I have to ask what the specific works by them are that I should read.

>However, the in the identity acting, early working relation of the same with itself as this intermediation is appearing decidedly and shaped; but until a housing is found for this appearance of the mediation within the identity, the occidental Thinking needed more than 2000 years. Because not until the philosophy of the Speculative Idealism, prepared by Leibniz and Kant, further Fichte, Schelling and Hegel, is donating a housing for the in-itself-synthetical being of the identity. This cannot be shown any further at this point. Only one thing is to be remembered: Since the epoch of the Speculative Idealism, it is forbidden to think the Unity of the Identity empty as the mere monotony, and to disregard the Intermediation within the Identity. Where this happens, the identity is presented only in abstract form. Even in the proper formula: A is A, only the abstract formula is coming to light. At this rate, does the law of identity say something about the identity? No. At least not immediately. Instead the law is postulating, what Identity is and where it belongs. How do we get a disclosure about this postule? The law of identity is giving it to us, if we are listening carefully to its keynote. If we're studying it, instead of reciting the formula "A is A" recklessly. Actually it runs as: A IS A". What do we hear? In this "IS" the law is saying, how everything, which exists <is>. Namely, it is itself the same with itself. The law of identity is about the Being of things, which exist. As a "law" of thinking this principle is called only when it is a law of Being, that is: to everything which exists as itself belongs the identity the unity with itself. What the law of identity is saying out of its keynote is right this, what the entire occidental-European Thinking thinks, in particularly this: the unity of identity builds a main feature in the Being of that which exists.

What did he mean by this?

>The West may be helped by the East, even coincide with it, but it can only achieve something when making something its own, such as Schopenhauer or Husserl; Nothing like converting to Taoism will be able to effect an immediate change, and the West will only find its future in a monologue, or dialogue with itself.
Stop adopting foreign religions in their entirety, you are a Westerner. Not to say you cannot appreciate them, but be realistic.

Maybe this can be ontology general, I have a few questions tho:

What are the essential works of ontology besides Aristotles Metaphysics, Kants CoPR and/or prolegamena (not technically ontology but necessary for Heidy), and Being and Time?

Is there an ontology roadmap jpeg?

Also is there any works synthesizing Heidegger and Marxism? Or ontological or metaphysical Marxism? I've written my own crude synthesis but I'm kind of a dilettante

Stifter in fact always reminds me of Heidegger, of that ridiculous Nazi philistine in plus-fours. Just as Stifter has totally and in the most shameless manner kitschified great literature, so Heidegger, the Black Forest philosopher Heidegger, has kitschified philosophy, Hidegger and Stifter, each one for himself and in his own way, have hopelessly kitschified philosophy and literature. Heidegger, after whom the wartime and postwar generations have been chasing, showering him with revolting and stupid doctoral theses even in his lifetime -- I always visualize him sitting on his wooden bench outside his Black Forest house, alongside his wife who, with her perverse knitting enthusiasm, ceaselessly knits winter socks for him from the wool she has shorn from their own Heidegger sheep. I cannot visualize Heidegger other than sitting on the bench outside his Black Forest house, alongside his wife, who all her life totally dominated him and who knitted all his socks and crocheted all his caps and baked all his bread and wove all his bedlinen and who even cobbled up his sandals for him. Heidegger was a kitschy brain, Reger said, just as Stifter, but actually more ridiculous than Stifter who in fact a tragic figure unlike Heidegger, who was always merely comical, just as petit-burgeois as Stifter, just as disastrously megalomaniac, a feeble thinker from the Alpine foothills, as I believe, and just about right for the German philosophical hot-pot. For decades they ravenously spooned up that man Heidegger, more than anybody else, and overloaded their stomachs with his stuff. Heidegger had a common face, not a spiritual one, Reger said, he was through and through an unspiritual person, devoid of all fantasy, devoid of all sensibility, a genuine German philosophical ruminant, a ceaselessly gravid German philosophical cow, Reger said, which grazed upon German philosophy and thereupon for decades let its smart little cow-pats drop on it. Heidegger, in a manner of speaking, was a philosophical con-man, Reger said, who succeeded in getting a whole generation of German philosophers to stand on their heads. Heidegger is a revolting episode in the history of German philosophy, Reger said yesterday, an episode in which all philosophical Germans participated and still participate. To this day Heidegger has still not been entirely exposed for what he is; true, the Heidegger cow has become thinner but the Heidegger cow is still being milked. Heidegger in his worn plus-fours in front of that lie of a log cabin at Todtnauberg is all I have left as an unmasking photograph, the philosophical philistine with his crocheted black Black Forest cap on his head, under which, when all is said and done, nothing but German feeble-mindedness is warmed up over and over again, Reger said. By the time we are old we have undergone a great many murderous fashions, all those murderous fashions in art and in philosophy and in consumer goods.
