My grandmother is losing her sight, it's a sad thing for me. She's been diagnosed with this syndrome where the rapid loss of sight has caused her to see hallucinations. I can only be grateful that her mind is sound, that she knows these hallucinations don't represent reality. She'll be moving in with my parents soon.
I hope I can live my life without regrets. It's such a strange feeling.
