I wish Bakker wrote more about the Unification Wars. Kellhus literally picking up ships from the harbor of Invishi and force-throwing them into the city sounds based as fuck.

What percentage of the New Imperial population was ever converted to Zaudunyanism? I feel like it was no more than 70% of the populace, probably much less in some places. The Empire seemed to be held together with violence and duct tape. Makes sense, as its primary (only?) purpose was to field the Great Ordeal.
