I FUCKING HATE THE SUMMER, ITS SO HOT THAT I CANT CONCENTRATE ON READING BECAUSE OF THE HEAT I LITERALLY FORGET THE BEGINNING OF THE PARAGRAPH WHEN I REACH ITS MIDDLE
any solutions to this?

Hello, so whenever I have a good (philosophical) idea, i am able to sum it up in a few sentences or so, and I try writing them down, as I wanna make a book someday, but I don't write enough, I don't think any publisher would print a book that's less than 100 pages filled with random thoughts, any suggestions on how I can improve my writing?
