NEET artist here. The technophile basterds are messing with art now, using so-called "artificial intelligence" to generate abominable ahrimanic doppelgangers. TED WAS RIGHT.

Does anyone else get annoyed when your readers don't understand the incredibly obvious? One of the characters in my story is an incredibly bitter, vindictive girl thanks to her traumatic childhood. She hurts, manipulates, and emotionally destroys a lot of innocent people, all in the name of revenge. She's supposed to be a multi-faceted character and one that you sympathize with thanks to her past despite her actions in the present, but my readers don't get that. They don't. They have a very surface level understanding of her, and simply hate her for being a cruel person responsible for many of the story's greatest and most sadistic atrocities.

Absolute cringe. Only the modern bugman engages in such debasing behaviour.
