It does there are decentralised nexions but also a central core nexion, where the role of 'Anton Long' is taken on and most of the literature and direction comes from. Nowadays that is probably Richard Moult and associates.

I'm sure Moult is in contact and instructing other nexions, its not hard to email one another. He's not hard to find/ contact.

If there is no hierachy it sort of undermines their supposed Nietzschean ideal does it not?
