>lost interest, didn't write mid-term, applying for concession on medical grounds (muh autism)

Have been pursuing this for nearly 3 months now. Talked to English department about it, nothing happened, wrote a letter to Dean, they sent me back to the English department. Have a meeting with department head next monday. Everyone I explain this to says "so?". Should I let sleeping dogs lie, continue pursuing this or find his car and slash his tires?
