Other than the Romantics and other German philosophers of the 19th century who are some people who thought politics and life as a whole should be concerned with aesthetics and beauty?

I feel it like a literal physical wound in my chest. a leftist could never understand. a leftist is a literal subhuman worm. it's just such a lowly creature it could never understand the soul pain of this song. and it's writhing. and this pain how does a human deal with it? it's impossible, it's just too final, too utterly hopeless. all you can do if you even want to function at all is to choose to numb yourself, to repress it. to become an unfeeling animal.

Guys I’m looking to begin learning a language, thinking French then learn German then hopefully Latin and/or Greek.
My question is with lockdown can I become somewhat fluent in French- to the point of being able to read French books without a teacher? Through books mainly as I find I learn better through reading

Existence is good. On the human level it can be evil because we are blinded by our limited knowledge of the world and by our passions. If eternal life is real, anything that happens on this earth is justified, either by free will, or by the evil we commit. You cannot convince me that existence is pain and suffering because of our anecdotal experience of the present. If we are to zoom out, I believe we would see the world for what it truly is. How do you deal with the problem that there are many conflicting opinions on the truth, and the arguments for each inexhaustible? Or that there's so much to learn?

It seems like the world is trying to manifest a grand traumatic experience for itself to break itself out of its eons of calcification

We are trying to manifest the perfect collective trauma to break from the past momentum and begin anew
