You still haven't provided an argument. And yes, the left does have patrons, whether they like it or not. Take one of you favorite "radical" books for example: published by Verso Books -- self-proclaimed "largest independent, radical publishing house in the English-speaking world". Dig deeper and these claims are put to the test. We find that they are distributed by Penguin Random House -- the largest publishing company on the planet -- which is itself owned by two of the largest media conglomerates on the planet -- Bertelsmann and Pearson plc. This book, and the ideas contained within it, would not have the existence they enjoy today if it weren't for these patrons. Perform the same exercise with a radical right publisher (not that there's that many of them), like Arktos Media, and instead we find veritable grassroots activism; no such patrons. The establishment likes the left, and is in fact its condition of possibility.
