The 'epics' ie Kings, Prophets are captivating stories following the adventures of individuals like King David, and it makes sense since they were probably originally Hebraic mythopoems

Psalms, Songs of Solomon contains nice poetry with a real conveying of emotion

The new testament is autistic again: the gospels describe Jesus's life to mundane details (like cursing a fig tree) and then Paul's instructions on how he plans to build a new religion

I guess you would have to appeal to the nature of universals/abstract objects. If I judge a particular painting to be beautiful, what exactly is the predicate "beautiful" referring to? What imbues my judgement with any sense of objectivity? Can it be objective?
