>No it won't. Stop watching Joe Rogan. Exercise will help with fatigue and will give an endorphin rush. It won't stop you from fucking ending it.
>If exercise cured your depression, you weren't depressed to begin with, just lazy.
Friend, I'm in school right now working on my degree. I learned it from reading up to date scientific articles on the subject, I have to know this shit. Since you are obviously uneducated in the field I will explain it to you.
We don't actually know how anti-depressants work, however the leading theory is that they increase brain plasticity through a chemical called BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor) which in turn helps reduce symptoms of depression. Guess what has shown to multiple peer reviewed studies to increase BDNF levels? Literally any form of exercise, as little as 30 minutes a day will increase BDNF levels by about the same amount anti-depressants do. So, yes Joe Rogan and every other scientist educated on the subject knows that exercise is as good if not better than an antidepressant as it has no side effects.

So please stop making posts on topics you know nothing about you uneducated swine, a person of actual intelligence would not comment where he lacks knowledge.
