And that's just type 2. Type 1 is a different beast. It is an autoimmune disease that attacks the insulin producing cell groups in the pancreas. When you are type 1, you will never rejuvenate these cells. They are done for. You produce no insulin. No amount of diet and exercise can cure you, period.

Casually suggesting that diabetes can be reversed is ignorant at best, and malicious at worst. Even if the statement is true, it is only true for certain sub types of Type 2, and then not for every person. Good job going on the defensive though. Hide behind big words you dont understand like it actually makes you smart.
