Recommend some lit about fighting addiction, building resilience. Reaching high levels of mental control and discipline. I cant coom anymore im sick of feeling inhuman

Recommendations to stop being a coomer. This mental affliction has taken over my mind. I have fed this porn craving monster for years and it now dictates my will to crave more and the lack of freedom is killing me inside.

Any literature on how to stop cooming? I always say to myself I can stop whenever I want but I realized I have an addiction. I've blocked all porn websites on my browsers and devices but I still succumb to the wills of my imagination. It's infuriating because everyone thinks of me as very puritan when it comes to sex and I often unconsciously even cringe whenever I see a woman dressed like a slut, yet I coom to the most degenerate shit.

I am not religious, so I would prefer books grounded in non-religious arguments, but I will read religious thinkers if there is no other alternative.
