No because a high enough dose will skew the letters and sometimes change entire words.. for example the word “Kine” was changed to “China” in one of my trips and I don’t know how my brain made that connection.
However I read all the time while on Meth and books like climbing mount improbable makes me feel a kind of disgust towards biology for how simple it is (especially the mirror diagrams how genes code).
Books like “Men of Mathematics” by E.T. Bell is perfect as it describes the lives of 17-20th century mathematicians like Cauchy, Euler, Jacobi, Monge, Gauss where I could just read forever and marvel at their genius. It evokes a certain kind of beauty.
