Job opportunities and room for advancement in society, whether it be Fortunate500 hiring, law/medical school applications, career advancement etc. is competitive and zero sum. For every perk you give away to one person, is a perk you've taken from another. It is the absolute height of double speak to determine these (at least partially, if not entirely) on racial characteristics, rather than merit, while simultaneously claiming it to be about anti-racism. Even the double speak that white people cannot experience racism, and are the only ones capable of racism due to racism's new requirement of privilege + power is doublespeak. The only institutional policies on the books that advise different outcomes based on race are diversity quotas, diversity scholarships, affirmative action etc. Institutional power works directly against white people, not against poc. Even the fact that they don't call them minorities anymore is a clue. They are getting away from the messaging that minorities deserve extra respect and sympathy, now that whites will soon be the minority. These aren't even conspiracies, everything I've mentioned has been proven true, and through Orwellian doublethink, people like you feel resentment and hatred for an entire race of people. What's worse is you feel justified, and feel we are the bad guys for stating the obvious that we are not in support of it
