Rene Guenon retroactively refuted emoji collecting. This juvenile obsession with images reflects the Reign of Quantity, where we corrupt ourselves in search of collecting more images, when in the past we would merely use one high quality reaction image, chosen carefully to give the highest quality to our post.

Why did he choose Islam? Why not Zoroastrianism or Hinduism?

He is unclear. I am not a Muslim so I don’t want Sufi stuff. Buddhist stuff seems more adaptable but it’s unclear what type or sect of philosophy should underly it’s practice.

Christian meditation seems like it isn’t systematized enough or is too emotion based.
