The New Oxford Annotated Bible (now in its 5th edition) is exactly what you're looking for. Try to find the version "with apocrypha", it has more material. Ignore the guy recommending Thomas Nelson study Bibles, that publisher produces explicitly Christian apologetic and devotional books.
