that division is because "traditional" is a meaningless word without a specific context. I'd quicker throw you this Guenon chart than tell someone to make an "anti-modernity" chart, since any reactionary forces are merely deluded pseuds.

Traditionalist Perennialism.
Just read him yourself, most of the people posting on this thread, both pro-Guenonfags and anti-Guenonfags have never read any of Guenons books.

If you want to read Guenon start with this chart

>Arthur Schopenhauer
>Friedrich Nietzsche
>Martin Heidegger
All were precursors to Traditionalism. Schopenhauer especially was a perennialist who was hugely influenced by the Upanishads.

The core thinkers of the Traditionalist school:
>Rene Guenon
>Julius Evola
>Oswald Spengler
>Aleksandr Dugin (the most well known contemporary Traditionalist politician/philosopher)

I was actually just reading an essay by Schopenhauer and he was talking about how the Greeks incorporated Hindu Esoteric Knowledge into their Philosophy. He was Guenon ahead of his time. Ignore the copecel >>14458836

I would still recommend reading it, because half of the book is about traditionalism, the whole book is an introduction to Guenonian thought. See picrealated, thats the order im reading at the moment

I havn't studied Zen but I have read about Sufism and read some Sufi texts, I especially enjoyed Hakim Sanai's 'The Enclosed Garden of Truth'. I too find that the ways that other schools and traditions approach non-dualism can be illuminating especially when contrasted with Hindu teachings.

>I’m also the creator of the Guenon chart btw, so I hope you found that helpful.
It was thank you, in fact you just reminded me that I recently made a slightly changed 1.1 version of it with some helpful notes that I thought would be good, namely that Rose (while good) is not at all perennialist, that despite what the chart indicates it's not needed to read Studies in Hinduism (which is just a bunch of random essays) before Man and His Becoming, and that Man and His Becoming should ideally be read before the metaphysical works which were written later and which reference it like Symbolism of the Cross, Multiple States etc.
