I loved highschool english. I read the fountainhead my junior year of highschool, and won third place in the ayn rand essay contest. Fascism is a catch-all term for political heresy in the post-war lexicon. It is the vanquished enemy of the ruling ideology; out of pure laziness, wrong-thinking persons are called manicheans or pagans so that they are more easily dealt with and no dissent can agreggate around them. Having lost any original referent, fascism becomes anything and everything. American liberals and conservatives will call one another fascists for wanting to use the state to enforce laws.

Buddhists don't proselytize because they are essentially crypto-solipsists and the path to monkhood has always been seen in Asia as a last resort thing for crazy people, orphans, beta NEETs, or a power play by the sons of rich people to acquire spiritual currency amongst the poor. Buddhism has and will always be the easy way out for the the spiritually unstable or lazy; while many great works of art, science, mathematics, astronomy, political resolution, music, architecture and so on have come from the great educated clergy of Muslim philosophers, Jesuit polymaths, Jewish scientists, Protestant artists and writers; no such work can be found from their priesthood: no buddhist ever discovered a law of the cosmos, cured a plague, or composed an exuberant symphony, novel, or theatrical production. It is a stoner religion without drugs, a polytheistic cult that claims to have no gods, and the most hilariously incompetent view on life one can have now conveniently packaged for a western audience where the wave of self help literature broke upon the beaches of 20th century philosophical relativism; autocastrated spirituality for those who couldn't get any and thus a logical refuge for the contemporary internet-addicted untermensch.
