Formatting autism has got to be the biggest bullshit of all time. 99% of anything worth reading was written before some faggot decided he wanted to go full bureaucrat gang in regards to how people write some shitty paper a TA will skim and give a passing grade because he doesn't want the author to demand an explanation. Rigid formatting standards exist only to facilitate the production and subsequent forgetting of low quality essays written by people who need a cattle prod in the ass to be convinced to read anything besides their facebook feed.
