My primary guess would be that it's about not living up to a masculine ideal. You said you're 6'4 and maybe people expect strength and maturity from you by just looking at you, whereas you don't feel such confidence personally. The homosexuals represent an unformed and perhaps unhealthy masculinity, the reference to penetration as loss of innocence, and the park exit as a wish to return to childhood, an escape from the expectation that people might have of you to embody a masculine ideal.
