I'm a Virgo with Capricorn ascending, so my mental monologues are quite logical and practical. The subject varies a lot, but whenever possible, I like to go as deep as possible in the thought process. I like to enquire the why's and when's, which is something I link with my moon sign in Aquarius.
Sadly - and this is something I always try to control - I often let other things ruin my focus. I don't judge myself to have ADD, and I feel this is somewhat common to this era we are living.

Something cool, which I realized talking about "how our minds function" to two work colleagues, is that I don't "talk to myself", like, referring to myself as a third person: I just talk. Is like I have this concrete sense that I am me, and that I am responsible for my life, etc etc. Does that make sense? The girls I was talking to said they thought and reflected on things thru a "alter-ego" or something like that. I feel this "sense of presence" (?) was developed because of my intense drug experiences. Like, I hugged myself on ayahuasca. Pretty crazy.
