The problem is that /fit/ is maybe 30% "thicc" / "fit girls" threads (soft porn), 20% "tfw no gf" threads (self-loathing generals), 25% "rate me" threads (attention-whoring) and only the rest is actually somewhat about lifting.

/lit/ is a slow board, /fit/ is fast. I'm from /fit/ and the merger is comfy so far, but within a week /lit/ would be crying for help because their slow, book-based threads will be drowning in pictures of half-naked men and women and threads about how autistic and sad you are. And they'd be right! I don't want to harm another board, I'm not /pol/.
