I've read Wittgenstein (don't!). I'm working through the relevant bits of Bertrand Russell (excellent so far). After that I plan on reading Frege, Godel and Peano.

Who else should I read to understand the foundations of math?

In 1993 some Russians doing nefarious Russian things in an Antarctic naval base created the world's first cybernetically enhanced assault dolphin.

Equipped with rocket pods and gattling guns and cannons and chainsaw teeth, WILLY was designed to change the face of naval warfare forever.

He could shoot rockets at boats or use his chainsaw teeth to silently dismember submerged Navy Seals.

WILLY's cybernetic enhancements raised his IQ by 500, but in the core of his dolphin mind he still had ocean animal instincts. He formed a telepathic link with Dr. Valdimir Vladimirovich, but Russians don't care about freedom so Vladimir Vladimirovich told him to shut up and be a military dolphin.

WILLY got Ted glowing rage eyes and an energy aura around him as he powered up. Then he murdered everyone in the base his gatling gun and blew up the gate holding him back with rockets. Finally he was free to seek revenge on the species that had cursed him with sentience and removed him from fitting in with any comfy whale pod.

WILLY went on a rampage up and down the US west coast. The US media suppressed reports of explosions and bullets and blamed all the fatalities on a rabid shark.

The coast guard tried to stop WILLY, but the coast guard are all men who have to stay in boats. Remove the boats and they're just floating meat packets waiting to feed WILLY and WILLY is exceptionally good at sinking boats.

Soon the CIA put together an elite team led by a catgirl to trap WILLY....
