How can I learn to read when there are people around me talking or a TV is on? It scrambles my brains and I can’t focus on the words on a page.

I have read so many biographies or at least the introductions and leaf jackets to see just how many artists lived off their families wealth, fucking around in school, trying on different careers like they were clothes, moving to different cities because they was depressed or didn't like the feel.
