In a really, really broad sense it's generally about boostrapping other ideas/memes onto that process (along with a sort of study of how that process works in its own right). If you accept that capital and technology are going to keep developing alongside each-other at an accelerating rate and that this is basically a brute-fact of life in our civilization now, if you can implant that process with your own 'hyperstition' (ideas, memes) you can allow the greater system to carry your idea further and faster into the future than you otherwise would be able to.
