Insofar as the political dichotomy is defined by their stance on hierarchies then I don't think it's heinous to say the New Testament leans toward the left, as per Nietzsche's accusations of slave morality. The Old Testament is more explicit - as it presents laws for Israel that allow for both tax and private property - but also more hard to pin down. Nietzsche revered the OT in contrast to his distaste for the NT, so it can be said to be more right (since Nietzsche saw Europe at the time to be plagued by slave morality) but this is probably to be taken with a grain of salt.
