Thoughts on this website and its userbase?

I have 3100 books on my to read and only 23 books read total over my entire life and almost all are under 250 pages

what's up with goodreads? As if this shitty site was not shitty enough, now translators are listed as authors of the books? And no employee seems to care. Is there any alternative to goodreads?

Is there any way to return to the older web version? Apparently on the new version you can only see the profiles of people who posted reviews and not also those of people who only rated. Because of this I now lost the profile of a user of which I don't know the name, I only knew him from a book rating. Is there any way to acces the profiles behind the ratings so I can find him?

I know the kneejerk reaction is zero since ratings are shit and all. But if there's a relatively obscure novel and author, would you care if the rating was low?

Skipped most of this book. Couldn't get throught most of it. Did a child write this? There were so many swear words and even racism? The violent act depicted on page 50 was disgusting. I know people says it's "deep" but I found it boring. Couldn't finish.

What is the correct way to statistically represent rereading a book? Delete and re-add but to current year? Select a different edition and have both reviewed?

Is there really no other alternative to this ? This is really close to Letterboxd levels of bad. Almost every book has nothing but embarrassingly horrible 'reviews'.
