Yes and no. Globalism will ultimately benefit localism, but not nationalism. It's also inevitable, because we want it to be so, but more importantly because it's necessary moving forward as a species and planet.

It's impossible, unless you yourself create a federation of fascist states which is ridiculous. Ultimately what's needed is a global federation, and the only people who wouldn't benefit from this are fascist states and religious fanatics.
