Book you posted is good. Reminded me of Less than Zero, in that both focus on young people who do lots of drugs to cope with how shitty their upper-middle-class art-world lives are. But where R&R distinguishes itself is by showing that, ultimately, there is a way out. It rejects the emptiness that marred Ellis’ whole body of work, and in doing so surpasses him.

(There’s probably an essay in there somewhere about Nietzsche’s passive and active nihilist, but I’m too lazy to write the whole thing.)

Nothing great, But A few months ago I wrote a shitty little short story about a wereborzoi on /tg/ kinda based on the idea in this picrelated. Were they were breed by the church or the gods or something from werewolves to hunt werewolves.
