They talk in word salad. They invent neologisms and concepts as they write, as in a flow of consciousness. Well, that's a virus. They seek to hypnotize the reader through poetry. Currently the first generation is quite deficient in their work, they are like evil rhyme goblins or mutts, they just spit at you, the have no concept of strategy or seduction in any manner, so they are easily detectable and ignorable. I wouldn't underestimate the following iterations though.
