What are some books on freeing yourself from the insidious influence of dogmas and ideologies your mind has integrated, especially on matters of spirituality and philosophy?
I used to be able to keep my intellectual distance from any idea I stumbled upon but I've lost that ability. Now I'm susceptible to memes and this place aggravates the problem with all the bullshit that's being constantly peddled here, it's like a psyop.
This book is usually recommended as a way to "deprogram" yourself from unneeded biases, is it good? Other recommendations are welcome too
