you may think this is mathematically impossible, but it isn't. You need to understand that every girl, *every* girl, has at least a dozen or so slobs constantly on her "dicking" list. When she feels like getting dicked, she'll choose whichever one of them her ovaries are gravitating to most at the given moment. However, the other thing you need to understand is that all of these guys are going to have above average penises. Technology has allowed women to hyper-select out not only the subpar, but the average as well, so if there's say twenty some guys in your entire city who have above average dicks? well those are the twenty who are going to be getting laid. All the other dudes will be beta-bux and cucks in various other capacities.
