What is the cause of this constant splintering and re-categorization of 'ideologies' that is so prevalent on 4chan? It's existed in Marxism for a long time, but what causes it there? -Is is latent Protestantism, splinter every which way. Is it some sort of purity test, as to signal that you know enough about a cause or idea that you can properly label yourself, is it a consequence of the lack of identity, and the replacement of identity by categories of consumption. Is it a juvenile-autistic obsession with categorization and ordering?.
