OP here I figured it out. When the creator made the website he realized he couldnt possibly store that information, so instead he only stores the addresses, but when you look it up, an algorithm generates the page. So the same page will always have the same letters. So if you look up the text in pic related it will always give you the same address, and if you were to manually look up the address it would give you that text
