How was your weekend? How many words did you write?

Do you know of any famous instances of writers stealing someone else's manuscript or writers giving their book to be published under someone else's name?
In that second instance I'm not talking about regular ghostwriting, because that often happens with celebrities and not other actual writers.

Celibacy and continence:
