I knew that from the start on his commentaries on Plotinus. You can tell by Ken's words, actions and thoughts that he does not take Plotinus to heart. Wheeler brags about sex. Plotinus held celibacy to be the highest form of human existence and thought the loss of seed was harmful. Ken Wheeler's gluttony and unchastity makes me dismiss him as a neoplotinus entirely, and see him as a pseud hobbiest that talks the talk, but does not walk the walk.

So why don't we just stop having children and kill all living things so as to prevent the descent and entrapment of any further soul into matter? and why do we praise the intelligent when they have simply imprisoned more of the intellectual principle and taken it from the good than the dull?

I am very concerned that the Plotinian visions of the One or the Vedic Soma are simply DMT, either taken as ayahuasca or self-induced.

The chance that the greatest mystic revelation can be marked or reduced as some psych that a nerd can take if he so wishes at any time is soul-deadening. Is this likely?

The descriptions of both are very indicative of boundary-dissolving, spirit and matter merging oneness.
