A maximum in quality would set Q to 50 at the maximum, not 500.
Unless you mean for A to be from 1-10.

Why would a lower probability of having a dick increase the quality? At a 1% chance of having a dick, this also sets the maximum quality to 5,000 (assuming A is supposed to be a percent), or 50,000 (assuming A is supposed to be from 1-10).

This isn't as well thought out as I'd've hoped. I think you should start from simpler, more grounded ideas.
